Starting monthly rates apply to standard accessible driveways. Larger driveways, lots and unusual or steep properties are subject to approved monthly pricing. Coverage runs November–March. Payments are due on the 1st of each month in advance of that month’s service, but only after your address, driveway size and plan have been approved and you authorize billing. No credit card or payment is needed to apply. Service routes do not guarantee exact arrival times; ice-melt reduces risk but does not guarantee slip-free surfaces.

When does the snow removal season run?
The proposed standard seasonal term is November 1 to March 31, billed in five equal monthly installments. New customers joining late in the season receive a custom quote, and coverage begins only after written acceptance.
When will my driveway be cleared?
Once the snowfall threshold described in your plan is reached, we begin planned neighbourhood routes. Crews work around the clock as operationally necessary, but service is not a guaranteed before-commute or fixed-hour arrival. Heavy snow, road conditions and parked vehicles may cause delays. An exact service-level agreement will be supplied with your quote.
Do I have to call after every snowfall?
No. Qualifying snow events trigger automatic route dispatch, based on our local snowfall monitoring and operational assessment.
Is the city's road-plow snow ridge included?
Driveway Plus and Driveway Premium include clearing an accessible city-plow ridge at the driveway entrance during your regularly scheduled snow-clearing visit, when conditions permit. This does not include a separate return trip after the city plow passes. Essential covers the driveway only. Final ridge details are confirmed with your service agreement.
What if I have a large, steep or unusual driveway?
We’ll assess it before approval. Quoted plan prices apply to an accessible driveway of up to roughly 500 square feet. Medium and large properties or driveways with complex access require an individual quote.
Can I cancel anytime?
These are proposed five-month seasonal agreements, not anytime-cancel memberships. Your final agreement will specify cancellation terms, hardship exceptions, service exclusions and refunds before payment authorization.
What's the difference between Essential, Plus and Premium?
Essential: Hand-shovelled driveway clearing. Plus: Driveway, front walkway and accessible steps, plus driveway-entrance plow-ridge clearing during a scheduled visit. Premium: Everything in Plus plus targeted ice-melt treatments in approved driveway and entrance areas following qualifying clearing visits.
Are walkways, public sidewalks and ice-melt included?
Essential covers the driveway only. Plus and Premium include clearing your private front walkway and accessible entrance steps as approved during the property review. Only Premium includes targeted ice-melt application on approved surfaces following qualifying clearing visits. Ice melt cannot guarantee an ice-free or slip-free surface, especially between visits. Municipal public sidewalks are excluded unless explicitly agreed in writing; homeowners remain responsible for local snow and ice requirements.
